CCG to host talent workshop with International Organization for Migration
The Workshop on Talent Mobility and Integration will address how to attract and retain high-skilled foreign talent at the national, city, and corporate levels.
The International Organization for Migration (IOM), in collaboration with the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) and the Alliance of Global Talent Organizations (AGTO), a CCG-launched international NGO, will hold a Workshop on Talent Mobility and Integration in Beijing on Tuesday, 17 December 2024.
This workshop will include two panels, focusing on two important aspects of talent mobility. The first panel will explore strategies for attracting high-skilled talent including policy-making and practical measures; the second panel will address the integration and retention of talent, highlighting the importance of a multi-stakeholder approach.
